Data we do NOT collect

  • Precise or coarse location.
  • Contacts, calendar, SMS or call logs.
  • Health, fitness, biometrics or sensor data.
  • Browsing history outside the app.
  • Advertising identifiers — we run no third-party ads.

Security practices

  • Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+.
  • Documents are stored in private buckets and accessed only via short-lived signed URLs.
  • Database access is enforced by Row-Level Security — you can only access your own records.
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms; we never see the plain text.
  • Staff access is role-based (Client / Agent / Admin / Super Admin) and audit-logged.

Data sharing

  • With embassies and visa application centres for the destination you chose.
  • With payment processors strictly to complete a payment you initiated.
  • With cloud infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share data with advertisers.

Your controls

  • Request access or export of your data — email us.
  • Correct your information directly in the app.
  • Delete your account: see Account Deletion.
  • Revoke optional permissions (camera, notifications) from your device settings.
