Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of American Travel Agency's website and mobile applications ("Service"). By creating an account or submitting an application you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

We provide assistance with the preparation and submission of visa applications. We are not a government body and we cannot guarantee that any visa will be granted; the decision rests with the relevant embassy or consulate.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or be represented by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Fees & payments

• Service fees and embassy fees are shown before you confirm an application.
• Embassy fees are paid to the embassy and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
• Service fees are refundable only if we have not yet started work on the application.
• Payments may be made by mobile money, cash (in person at our office) or card.

4. Your obligations

• Provide truthful, complete and accurate information and documents.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent or that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or to bypass our security.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to launder money, finance illegal activity, send spam, or scrape our content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, text, logos and design, is owned by us and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload but grant us a limited licence to process them as needed to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that processing times announced by embassies will be respected. Estimated timelines shown in the app are indicative only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total service fees you paid us for the application giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time via the Account Deletion page. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
